Throughout the pandemic we have strived to make Altrincham Medical Practice as safe as possible and this will continue: protecting our patients and staff is our priority.
From 19th July nothing will change at our practice – patients will need to still wear a mask, socially distance and use hand sanitiser, and our staff will continue to wear PPE. Those visiting us are sick and vulnerable (and some cannot receive the Covid vaccinations due to medical reasons) so we feel we should take these small precautions to protect people.
In terms of opening up, as many of you know, we have never shut and have treated 50% more patients than we did pre-Covid (face to face, via phone, by Online Consult and video).
Altrincham Medical Practice is committed to minimising the impact of Covid and we hope you understand that our surgery must be as safe as possible for all patients and staff.
